11:30 Chefs are introduced and begin shopping within Chattanooga Market for fresh produce, spices, and more to create their culinary creations.

12:30 Let the cooking begin!  Follow along with Alton Brown as he interviews each chef to learn about what they are preparing for the judge’s panel.

2:30 Cast Iron Cook-off 2011 winner is announced!  Our first place winner will receive an assortment of Lodge Cast Iron cookware.

This year’s event is being held in coordination with the Serve & Protect initiative of the Tennessee Aquarium; offering healthy seafood solutions to keep our wildlife safe.
