

Find us indoors for two full weekends in December, 2025 at the Knoxville World’s Fair Expo Center. Our artisan Holiday Market features 200+ local food vendors, artists and crafters offering unique gifts and festive preparations – everything you’ll need for the holiday season! Shoppers will be able to find one-of-a-kind pottery, custom pieces of art, handcrafted jewelry, local foods, natural bath and body products, locally designed and made apparel, wood furniture, and so much more.
Holiday Market has become a regional shopping tradition with festive daily entertainment for the whole family, and we are excited to travel up the road to Knoxville for a great new location and vibe. Hot cocoa, warm lunch and spirits are available onsite, and the venue is within a short walking distance to great hotels and dining options in the historic downtown area.

Vendor Information
Holiday Market has been a sold-out event for as long as we can remember, with average daily vendor sales of over $160k reported in 2023 ($1m total vendor sales for the 3-weekend series). We currently have space available for our 25th Holiday Market series, moving to Knoxville in 2025. All participants must satisfy our producer-only requirements — artisans and local entrepreneurs only, buy/sell retailers are not a proper fit for this festival.
Booth Fees
Holiday Market is a prepaid (advance registration) event; no walk-ups are permitted.
- 2025 Single Booth, full event: $345 + 10% sales commission
- 2025 Double Booth, full event: $690 + 10% sales commission
The setup fee covers the initial load-in day, and the four public event days (Sat/Sun on two weekends), including onsite security. Electricity and other event services are provided directly by the venue; participants will be provided with an online portal to make those arrangements directly. An initial non-refundable payment of 50% of setup fees is required to secure your space, due upon acceptance of application.
Daily Sales Commission: you will be given two envelopes: one for Saturday and one for Sunday. Please turn in your envelope with the 10% commission at the end of each day.

- Vendor Load/Setup: Friday December 5, 2025 between 8am-8pm
- Public Hours: December 6: 10am-5pm; December 7: 11am-5pm
- No breakdown/load-out is required for this weekend!
Weekend Two
- Vendor Reload/Access: Saturday December 13, 2025 starting at 8am
- Public Hours: December 13: 10am-5pm; December 14: 11am-5pm
- Vendor Load-Out/Breakdown: Sunday 5pm-10pm
Early bird vendor renewal for 2026 will be offered during the second weekend of this series.
Enrollment Process
We are a producer-only event; buy/sell retailers are not accepted. Local foods and products are welcome, provided they comply with all TN Department of Agriculture, Knox County Health Department and federal requirements (product liability insurance is required for food and body care products).
